[Bug]: ImmoScout: buy-side apartment sub-type SEO URLs (e.g. erdgeschosswohnung-kaufen) throw "Real estate type not found"

Bug Description

Any ImmoScout24 search URL that combines a purchase search (kaufen) with an apartment sub-type SEO slug (Erdgeschoss, Dachgeschoss, Maisonette, Penthouse, Loft, Souterrain, Hochparterre, Terrassenwohnung, Etagenwohnung) or with the equipment/feature slugs (Garage, Einbauküche, Keller, Neubau, barrierefrei) fails to load, with:
Error: Real estate type not found: erdgeschosswohnung-kaufen

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a job with an ImmoScout24 provider URL such as:
   https://www.immobilienscout24.de/Suche/de/berlin/berlin/erdgeschosswohnung-kaufen
2. Run the job. It throws instead of returning listings.

Expected Behavior

These URLs should resolve to realestatetype=apartmentbuy plus the correct parameter, like the -mieten variants that already work.

Actual Behavior

Fredy returned:
Error: Real estate type not found: erdgeschosswohnung-kaufen
