Who can move a StackGuardian workflow between Workflow Groups, and can it be moved back?

Moving a workflow between Workflow Groups requires the appropriate Workflows & Stacks permissions on both the source and destination groups, typically granted via a custom Role with Update/Move access assigned to those paths. If your Role only has access scoped to one group, you'll need it (or an Admin) to make the move.

Yes, a moved workflow can be moved back to its original Workflow Group the same way, as long as the same permissions apply. There's no lock-in once a workflow has been relocated.
