Mu not updating files

Mu won't update files unless pc is restarted in which case it does it once ut never again until pc restart. Restarting program doesn't make any difference.

Any ideas?

in my case im 99% sure it was some other program accessing the same folder, Track Titan etc. I removed all programs which had access and its resolved for now
