Looking at the hello world example code in the repo, fonet does not render out a A4 page, the actual page is slightly smaller.

Opening up the generated doc from the hello world example inside of adobe acrobat reader, it appears that the doc is slightly smaller than a4. The fo in the code is set up as a4 ie 21 × 29.7 cms or 8.27 × 11.69 in. what is actually rendered out is 8.26 × 11.69 in. This can be seen by inspecting the docs properties.

Also when printing inside of adobe acrobat setting the actual size of the doc shows the dimensions of 8.3 x 11.7 in

as opposed to allowing fit which then scales the doc to 88%.
