I cloned processing4 and counted the languages/PDE_*.properties files against PDE.properties (558 keys, 17 languages). They're all behind — Spanish and Catalan are the most complete at ~77%, down through German 45% to Turkish 24%, Portuguese 27%, Simplified Chinese 31%. I noticed the Translations wiki already has a script to detect drift between the locale files and the base, so keeping them in sync is clearly a known chore.
I maintain Bisq's localization tooling (localize-pipeline) and could set up a workflow that translates the changed keys and opens a PR to review — off until someone adds a model key, never merges by itself, keeps the {0} placeholders intact, and can run on a local model.
Worth doing here? If AI-drafted translations are a no, that's a fine answer.
