I started again from scratch to give you a clean log and this time I was able to get the waveform displaying in a chart. Thanks for your help but it looks like it's working now. I will let you know if I run into other problems. |

Hi,
I'm trying to get a minimal implementation working using the generic waveform generator but I've been unable to get it to work. I installed the vanilla PyScada on my linux box. Then I did the following:
At this point all I see is "loading guage..."
Next I tried creating a chart and setting the y axis variable to the variable I created. Then I created a new widget and assigned the chart to the content. Refreshing the view page shows the new widget, but it never gets any values.
Can anyone point out what I might be doing wrong? Are there services I need to start? Is there any way to see when data is requested from a device?
Thanks!
