Re-verified against main 2026-07-29: still present — there is no user-supplied RPC input anywhere. Grepping the whole app/, components/, lib/ tree for rpc yields only three sites (app/_types/yamlData.ts:43 type decl, app/_services/getPublicClient.tsx:24 transport: http(network.rpc), app/_components/QuotesTable.tsx:89 viem chain default); RPC comes exclusively from .rain YAML frontmatter, still pointing at the public endpoints the issue complains about (https://rpc.ankr.com/*, https://mainnet.base.org). No settings route exists at all — app/ has only frames, my-strategies and [projectName].

Notes for triage: the one RPC-related commit in history (ae08a27 "update polygon rpc") is NOT on main — it lives only on the still-open PR #344, and it swaps one hardcoded public RPC for another rather than adding user input. Also, this repo looks superseded: last product commit 2025-02-05 with only CI/CSS housekeeping since, while the live webapp is rainlanguage/rain.orderbook → packages/webapp. If this request is still wanted, its live home is probably there rather than here.
