Installed everything correctly, still crashing

Been crashing at the first cutscene in nautalis in ff13 and someone told me to try installing this. I did and I'm still crashing. Unsure what to do to solve this issue :/

There is a pull request that got approved related to instability in d3d9.dll, I would try the 146 build.
