[Feature Request] RGB color picker for waypoints

Description

Would be nice to be able to select custom color instead of default 16 for a waypoint

unfortunately would require changes to the waypoint data format

which means waypoint data would no longer be compatible with worldmap/minimap without xaeroplus

so i can't do this

if you're curious, xaero stores the "color" only as a single number 0-15 (acting as an index). then that 0-15 number is mapped to the 16 pre-selected rgb values when rendering.
