Plan REST API endpoints and Application workflow

Discuss and Decide about the following:

• REST API endpoints.
• Application Workflow.
• Get more code/data from hardware team.
• Solidify application plan to avoid clashes/changes from hardware team at a later stage.

According to the current plan, we will use:

• a recycling Queue model on the front-end to avoid buffer overflows with large dataset(long connection)
• socket connection between front-end and back-end to emit and receive data events synchronously
