PyTorch support cannot be built in Debug mode

When building with both -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug and -DFT_WITH_PYTORCH=ON, it will result in an missing symbol:

ImportError: /home/rd/src/FreeTensor_experiments/FreeTensor/build/freetensor_ffi.cpython-39-x86_64-linux-gnu.so: undefined symbol: _ZN3c106detail23torchInternalAssertFailEPKcS2_jS2_RKNSt7__cxx1112basic_stringIcSt11char_traitsIcESaIcEEE
