Error in Chrome Address Bar when I switch to not default input source, it always switches back to "Default Input Source" after I type 1 char

I'm getting this error only in empty "address bar" field

only in address bar, when it is focused and I type text. If I open new tab and focus and type in search field which is in center of new tab - all is ok.
I have this problem in Chrome & Opera
In Firefox & Safari - all is ok
