To create a style named gangnam:

• Create a new style/gangnam folder.
• Add CSS files. They don't have to be named align.css, border.css, etc.
• Run quarto/apply style/gangnam to lexsort, strip, and
  cat your CSS files.
• Styles can include non-CSS files, but quarto/apply will ignore them.

Please don't actually name your style gangnam unless you are PSY.
