KEXEC: try to chain to a bootloader: grub/lilo/other or at least parse grub binary

• check if grub/lilo/alternative can be chained from within the initrd (userland)
• check if grub/lilo binary is parseable
• check if grub/lilo configuration files are always located at the same location and are easily parseable
