What version are you working in and can you paste a screen grab from the console. So I can the error

Okay, found some minor issues and fixed them. I'll update it tomorrow.
Perhaps also check the other addon extra-material-l8st. This works inside node editor and is easier to edit materials on a mesh. I've added extra image list also into that addon
