Vector Tiles from Ocean Data Hub not found

The ocean data hub publishes vector tile services for the data in their platform. However, when I try to add a layer (e.g., https://api.hubocean.earth/api/table/v2/tile/0441a7a7-ba0d-46b0-bb48-7bf8b2e30968?z={z}&x={x}&y={y}) SeaSketch can't find it. Why is this and is there a case for "fixing" this issue?

It looks like ODP doesn't set CORS headers on their responses. Without headers like Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *, no browser application is able to use their API. Do you have a contact you can request add CORS headers to this endpoint?
