EdgarTools is the open-source Python library for SEC EDGAR filings. 2.2k stars, MIT-licensed, no API keys, no rate limits, no subscriptions. It's used in production at hedge funds, fintechs, and research desks that need direct SEC data without paying per-call to a vendor API.
