Issue with Departure front-end

I, love the project.. After a recent trip to london I felt the need to built a departure board. In my research I stubbled on to your project.

I was able to install departure and the api. This all works with my credentials (NS seems to have changed their API endpoint, thus this gives errors in departure-phyton upon response)

I was not able to get the frontend working. I think I am a bit lost on this step;

Point the DEPARTURE_STATIC_WEBROOT environment variable to the directory you have just extracted the Departure front end to.

I have extracted the web front end folder to /project location/env_folder/departure-front-end
the api server I start from /project location/departure_board/

Also, where would I add the location variable? I have now added it to the .sh containing my api credentials.

What am I missing here?
