LICENSE and PLATFORM

Howdy again - I was curious if you would be open to including the (general) license terms and the platform of the listed programs?

Maybe something like this with badges?

If you like the idea, I'm more than happy to do the research and submit a PR, just didn't want to waste too much time.

In my mind, license would be limited to something like:

license: open source
license: free
license: paid
license: subscription
license: rent (although the only one I know that fits my meaning here is rent-to-own qlab)
