Enable CodeRabbit for pull requests

I would like to enable CodeRabbit for this repository.

It would provide an automated first review of pull requests and catch straightforward bugs before maintainer review.

Installation requires organization owner permissions, so I cannot enable it myself. Please install the CodeRabbit GitHub App for statrs-dev/statrs.

I can prepare the initial .coderabbit.yaml configuration afterwards.

Yeah, let's give it a shot. See #444 think it should take off. Then we'll see about setup for PR's as they come in.

#443 is for update to PR, who knows they accept it :)
