I tried your library and submit a page test to my http server: http://sp4ce.net/lcs/test.html

I also get "Error comparing documents: error in main comparison" when the string are different. I can help you fix you that, I am currently implementing a lcs for javascript, can I take your code as a start ? Do you prefer that I do my work as a fork or that I help you on this project directly ?
