Better hover state on citations: Scrape page title, favicon

There are a bunch of small improvements we can make to the hover state on citations. To do so, we'll need to scrape the title and favicon for, similar to what we're implementing in the main Onit codebase in [PR 162](https://github.com/synth-inc/onit/pull/162)
