People make mistakes and things change.
There are multiple proposals from single users showing because they made an error and multiple proposals show in the UI for the same things. As we cannot remove these from the blockchain, we CAN allow the proposal creator (if they created the proposal through SYShub) to hide their mistaken proposals. Caveats: these proposals will still be on the blockchain, so may confuse people voting through command line. Improvements: This will eliminate confusion when browsing proposals on SYShub
