Adding some substance to this, since the question above is easy to scroll past.

With no LICENSE file, default copyright applies: all rights reserved. Nobody can
legally fork, deploy or build on this repository, even with attribution. At 1.6k
stars that is probably not the outcome you want, and it is a one-file fix.

MIT or Apache-2.0 would both work. Apache-2.0 additionally grants patent rights
and requires changes to be stated, which some companies need before they can
touch a dependency; MIT is shorter and more permissive. Either is a normal choice
for a project like this.

My own interest, stated plainly: I have translated the app into Vietnamese as a
thirteenth locale (#17) and would like to host that version at pho.chat/anatomy
as a free educational resource, with attribution and a link back here. I am not
asking for a private exception — a license on the repository would cover everyone
who is in the same position, and there are clearly a few of us.

If the answer is that you would rather keep all rights reserved, that is entirely
fair. Just saying so would let people plan around it.
