Enable multiple discord webhooks to be configured to send alerts to multiple servers

This is an interesting idea. It wouldn't be too difficult to implement, but it is quite a niche use case.

I'll take a look at this when I get some time (may be a while, sorry), but I'd also gratefully accept a pull request to add this feature 🙂
