As things currently are, if you have a bunch of unread emails in your inbox, you'll get a notification for each one every time you start mailnagger.
For those using mailnagger for incoming notifications and not all emails (and not worrying about ones missed while offline), maybe there could be a configurable maximum age for notifying + running scripts? Like for example, if the email is more than one hour old, skip it even if it's unread.
