Assign pogs to characters

It would save some time if there were a way of assigning active pogs to players.

A good MVP would just take the pogs on the board and randomly distribute them among the characters, it needn't take into account walls, etc.

so is this for assigning a pog to a random player? I wonder if having a general tool for picking a random player would make sense, there are other situations that would be useful
