Enable compilation by using FPC 3.2.0 embedded-i386

This issue aims at compiling ToroOS 1.1.3 by using FPC-3.2.0 for embedded-i386.

This issue should be split into the following tasks:

• Document how to build
• Document how to try
• Initialize KERNEL stack
• Remove multibot.pas
• Remove head.s
• Move asmb.pas, gdt.pas and cpu.pas to arch.pas and ioport.h too.
• Rename "memoria" to "memory"
• Remove cpu unit
• Remove fpclib
• Move mm.pas and paging.pas into memory.pas
• Move Int to Arch
• Work on Exceptions. Fix workaround.
• Move irq handlers to process
• GdtLock and Memory lock must be implement in process.pas
• To init scheduler in process just when kernel does it
• Compile process.pas
• Add Filesystem to compile process.pas. I am adding all the filesystem into filesystem.pas unit.
• Put wait_queue in arch.pas

• Add exec() syscall.
• Add waitpid syscall().

• Change directory structure: src, tools, rtl (see Create new directory structure #4)
• Build an RTL for fpc for Toro (see Add Toro's syscalls in embedded32 #6)
