pushed apps instances ignores paused status

Running on baremetal tronbyt 2.2.9 - paused pushed apps to new s3 tronbyt 1.6.2 display is showing paused pushed apps in rotation

I'm testing this via the http endpoint and I can't reproduce this. I've pushed the last two weeks of changes to server repo to the dev branch if you want to try that. I'm transferringn this issue to server.

it may be related to the fact the webp is in crontab to run every minute on a highly modified abns star file:
