Nodes to be dropped on parent instead of in children

Nodes moet dropped word op die parent en dan in die children bygevoeg word ipv in die children direk gesit word.

Dragging to the right goes a level down in the tree and you can drop a node on another collapsed node and it will be added to the children. Dragging up and down in the same level just allows you to drop among siblings. The destination node that the dragged node is to be dropped in is highlighted.
Keeping the issue open because it is not possible to drop directly on a node and add to its children.
