I would like to suggest a few improvements that would make the invoice layout more flexible, especially for invoices that have already been paid or where only basic customer information is required.
Service period displayed on a single line
The service period should optionally be displayed in a simple and compact format on one line, for example:
12.07.2026 - 15.07.2026
My main request:
Optional payment instructions and bank details
It should be possible to hide the bank details and the standard request to pay the invoice within a certain period - this is particularly useful when the invoice has already been paid. In this case, there should be an optional text directly below the total amount, such as: Amount received with thanks.
These options would make the invoice templates considerably more flexible and would be especially useful when creating invoices for already completed and paid transactions.
Thank you for this great tool - if it´s possible to remove the request to pay i´m sold to your tool at once. :-)
