Getting error

Added this plugin
Created a page called "verify" and "verify-form"
Added component CheckIfVerified to verify page and set redirect page to verify-form

Redirect is working but when i enter mobile Im not getting any call.
Also when i tried to enter any number in verification code box it gave error

"Undefined index: otp_start" on line 171 of H:\xampp\htdocs\octo-cms\plugins\uxms\userverify\components\VerifyForm.php

Ive configured everything properly in backend with app id and token etc.
