Add Application Insigths for Blazor

In order to monitor the Blazor app usage on Azure monitoring I want to install and set up Application Insights for Blazor
Check the following URL: https://github.com/IvanJosipovic/BlazorApplicationInsights .
Or set up the insights through the Azure portal.
