Missing method TeeInput::closed on Passenger 6.0.7, Redmine 4.1.1

We started using the plugin on a docker-passenger instance with Apache2 reverse proxy. It throws the following error upon authentification:

As workaround, I removed the closed() statement in grack_git_adapter.rb and it seems to work.

Indeed, I just discovered that the Rack spec doesn't have closed? nor eof? for the input stream: https://github.com/rack/rack/blob/master/SPEC.rdoc#label-The+Input+Stream
I will try to fix that ASAP (a pull request is also welcome).
