Strange commit, repo compromised?

Just have seen the following commit to this repo:
72e9724

Looks kind of strange to me. Is this alright or is the repo compromised?

Not sure if I understand your question correctly.

Just adding a plus doesn't mean the repo is compromised. But adding a file named still on this.md with content + by a non-GitHub user named young just doesn't make any sense to me and looks suspicious. It's also the only activity on this repo in the last two weeks.

It could be that the file was accidentally created by someone authorized. But it could also be that someone unauthorized wants to show that he/she still has access for whatever reason.
