Improve error messages

Errors triggered by non-existing resources like projects and suites often contain sql-related messages instead of 'this project does not exist'.

VisualReview server's logging outputs to stdout/console at the moment. If you start the server from commandline you should see the logging.

thanks ... I have nothing on the output, that's why I was asking. Might have another issue somewhere
