Prose is a lossy channel for position — which button, which gap, which of the four things in that corner. marginalia turns screenshots into a published board you annotate by clicking, and hands the notes back to Claude with the board and coordinates attached.

Scans every git repo in a workspace and renders what's pending — uncommitted changes, unpushed commits, stashes, parked branches — as one self-contained infographic, so a repo in trouble looks like a repo in trouble before you've read a word. Read-only: it reports, you decide.
