Temporarily display the problem under caret

Hint is not serious and does not need to be displayed constantly, but the inherent hover display has a delay. The temporary display when click to focus is very convenient.

In other words, I don't want to continuously display the inline problem of a certain severity; I only want to show it when the caret is around the problem code otherwise hide it.

I think this should be part of the planned Focus Mode, i'll think about how to handle it.
