Update the immutable dependency revision to propagate the portable Vulkan GPU backend through the existing module graph. Module source remains separately owned; no copied runtime or new wire format is introduced.
Validation: fresh standalone clone passed all-target tests with actual pinned Git dependencies and no parent workspace patches. APLS additionally passed Vulkan tests including the compiled C VSK policy differential oracle. GPU hardware evidence and remaining NVIDIA/Intel/EFI/Metal limits are documented in the pinned GPU module.
