祝日法第3条第3項による休日に対応が前回のプルリクエスト時に漏れていたので、対応させていただきました。
2026年の場合、9/22が対象です。
また、前回時点でテストを通すのに手元のPHPに合わせて、PHPUnitのバージョンをあげていたのですが、今回そちらも含めています。PHP5.6を引っ張り出すことは流石にもうないと思いますので‥。
