Backend: Full Pipeline for Tutorial for dApp

Expected Behavior
Developer is able to participate in a tutorial for the creation of a complex dapp. The tutorial dapp can also act as a boilerplate.

Specifications
As a developer, I would like to understand and go through the process of creating a complex dapp so that I can understand what tools to use and how to use them when creating my dapp.

Development Tasks:

• Include Oracle calls (possibly VRF) (Townsend)
• Include AeFInder calls for indexing (Jason)
• Include Portkey
• Include Token creation using Multitoken Contract
• Choose an existing dapp tutorial to expand from (NFT dapp?)
