Publishes the production-verified Integration Recovery connector contract and generated SDK updates. Adds deterministic CI for the public OpenAPI and release candidates. Production web/site are already live from private source commit 0002fd61fea6bdcd46981012291f88ebcf853d06; no package tag or provider release is included.
