- Rename GENERATE_PMREQ_VDM to PM_VDM_TYPE across exerciser PAL interfaces and add the INJECT_PM_VDM operation value. - Update exerciser test e044 to use STATUS_* return codes, report missing PM capability, read/debug PMCSR, and program D3Hot using the exerciser BDF. - Remove INJECT_PM_VDM as it is not longer needed. - Added reference implementattion to RDN2, it is only for reference Signed-off-by: Sujana Murali <sujana.murali@arm.com> Change-Id: Idae21bb8e3235988ad42a7f8bb9549dfc83f2ede
