The real beta.5 release workflow stopped before npm mutation because the public scope document repeated a denylisted research path that it intended to exclude. This hotfix describes excluded material by category without reproducing restricted vocabulary.\n\nVerification:
audit:public:releasepasses locally with an external denylist. No package code or version changes.
