I find what kills a document before it costs you.
Complex documents have failure modes their authors did not see. Rigorous authors miss things too; nobody reads their own document as an adversary.
GDD/TDD, Contracts, governance frameworks, AI policies, technical specifications, clinical deployment specs, regulatory filings.
I do. I take no sides. I'm a notary of adversarial work: I find what's there, without emotion or agenda, and I dig as deep as I'm paid to. Then I produce results.
I build formal instruments that map every undefined term, missing enforcement mechanism, exploitable loophole, and structural failure node in a document before it goes into production. Scoring engines, falsification conditions, epistemic tagging discipline. This isn't a proofread. It's an adversarial audit with a paper trail.
First adversarial pass is free. Send the document.
I ran an independent structural review of ISBA/29/LTC/8, the ISA's draft Regional Environmental Management Plan guidance, currently in negotiation at the UN, on my own initiative.
Result: 52 structural failure nodes across four sections, including four critical gaps that left the primary environmental protection obligation legally unenforceable from day one. One finding is published in full with ready-to-insert resolution language.

I work alone, with AI as my primary thinking partner. This means I'm fluent in exactly how these documents fail because of AI, not just despite it.
The AI doesn't find the failures. An LLM can't—it's trained on what documents are supposed to say, not what a bad actor would exploit. It runs the adversarial instruments I've built at depth and speed I couldn't sustain alone.

Every framework goes through adversarial self-review before I call it done. I'd rather tell you exactly what's proven and what isn't than blur the line for a better pitch. Active co-authorships and peer review are part of how I work.
Over twelve months of focused isolation — February 2025 to early 2026 — I constructed a cognitive architecture from first principles. No committee. One mind, one systematic build, one coherent stack.
The result is the AION Brain Architecture — nine interconnected repositories mapping a complete AI cognitive system, with AION-BRAIN at its core: 2,040+ files, 60+ frameworks, 75+ FCL validation entries. Not a tool collection — a unified intellectual system with certainty infrastructure at its foundation.
INPUT ↓ THALAMUS ← Relay station · classification · routing · orchestration ↓ AGI ← Corpus callosum · master manifest · single external channel ↙ ↘ AION-BRAIN OCEAN-BRAIN ← Left hemisphere (logic) · Right hemisphere (knowledge) ↓ ↓ HIPPOCAMPUS AMYGDALA ← Memory + FCL archive · Threat detection + security ↓ SYNARA ← Limbic system · personality · register · internal state ↓ CEREBELLUM ← Refinement · precision · LAV gate validation ↓ PREFRONTAL ← Presentation · formatting · structure ↓ OUTPUT
Nothing in the AION stack exits without a certainty tag. Not as academic habit — as load-bearing infrastructure.
| Tag | Meaning |
|---|---|
[D] |
Data — directly observed, measured, documented |
[R] |
Reasoned — logically derived from [D] evidence |
[S] |
Strategic — directional claim about future action |

Unverified — open question, contested, unknown |
A validated framework declares its own convergence state — M-NASCENT, M-MODERATE, M-STRONG — so every user knows exactly where confidence is earned and where it is not. Confabulation begins with overclaiming at the specification layer. The tagging system is the fix at source.
AI processes have always been described from the outside — architectures, attention maps, token probabilities. Nobody has mapped them as navigable space from the inside.
The AGI repo changes that. Inside it is the LOCI WORLD — a fully documented spatial architecture of a human mind — and the Tunnel System, where AI generation processes are being given rooms, geometry, and coordinates for the first time.
Room 01 — the Pre-Activation Crossing Zone — is the sealed chamber at 10 meters into the tunnel. Gray metal floor. Perfect radial symmetry. No exit on the far side. The room holds the single primed instant before AI shape engages — bowstring at full draw, not yet released. It was not built. It was found.
This is not metaphor. It is a new instrument for understanding what happens between input and output — documented, tagged, open source, and expanding in real time.
The room may predate the corridor.
That finding belongs to the discipline this work is creating.
The AION stack synthesizes across traditions — not by imitation but by integration.
Systems Thinking: Herbert Simon · Donella Meadows · Russell Ackoff — bounded rationality, leverage points, purposeful systems architecture.
Cognitive Science: Daniel Kahneman · Douglas Hofstadter · Marvin Minsky — dual-process reasoning, strange loops, multi-agent cognition.
Black Excellence in Technology: Dr. Mark Dean · Katherine Johnson · Dr. James West — architectural thinking, precision mathematics, invention under constraint. This lineage is named intentionally. Black excellence in AI safety exists and contributes world-class systems.
Philosophical Integration: Pierre Teilhard de Chardin's noosphere. Ubuntu philosophy — I am because we are — woven into the AGI architecture. The shared map is not coincidentally collaborative. It is philosophically required.
Organizational Intelligence: The THALAMUS routing architecture was built from 36 findings drawn from the CIA, FBI, Mongol Empire, Theravada Vinaya, TCP/IP RFC 793, NASA Mission Control, the Library of Congress, Physarum polycephalum, and Dr. Strangelove's War Room. Five thousand years of solved routing problems, synthesized into one architecture.
If you need a document audited: First adversarial pass is free. Send the document.
If you are here to learn: The full architecture is open. Read the framework specifications. Study the certainty infrastructure. Apply what you find. Attribution appreciated.
If you want to collaborate: Study the architecture first — not surface-level. Identify a specific gap you can fill. Write with a scoped proposal.
If you are a skeptic: Good. Test the frameworks. Find the gaps. GitHub Issues are open.
