Supporting for second version of ThorLabs KST201

Dear all,

I found pyLabLib didn't support well the second version of KST101 - KST201.
There're a lot of errors while initialization of controller, depends on operating system I use.
On windows it tolds about ID, but on linux it got error about size of packet of parameters.

On Windows, I was able to use all the existing KST101 logic by simply replacing every instance of 'KST101' in this module code with 'KST201' but I have not tested on Linux.
