Full review at 67d4002: exact development-only Biome/Node declarations/Prettier updates and lock entries are compatible with the retained offline checks. The immutable r5 successor admits only the changed full lock; Worker bytes, parsed/emitted source graph, source-map bodies, runtime SBOM, Contracts, generator and legal expectations remain identical to r4. Prior records are unchanged. Biome schema and active version/validation documentation match. The scanner follow-up adds only the r5 path to the existing exact public protobuf checksum exception; rule, AND condition and complete-line checksum regex remain unchanged.

Local format/lint/type/source/licence checks, 46 units, 68 offline tooling tests and one sealed candidate build passed. Independent coordinator review found no outstanding findings. All applicable latest-head CI checks passed in run 35667820331, including secret scan, dependency review, both CodeQL categories and candidate build. No Workflow/inference/browser/public-download tests were run.
