Admit the eleven Avalonia 12.1.3 packages from their published nuspecs (MIT, exact nuspec SHA-256 and upstream source commit), retire the 12.1.2 coordinates and reseal eng/policy/dependency-review.json. SkiaSharp, HarfBuzzSharp and ANGLE keep their admitted versions. Record the owner input bytes in arcnotes-provenance-tools-r6, which supersedes r5, and regenerate the provenance NOTICE. Reviewed 4cbd238: Avalonia.Desktop and Avalonia.Themes.Fluent 12.1.2 -> 12.1.3, with main merged in. A forced restore confirmed Dependabot's locks were complete (no content change). The eleven Avalonia 12.1.3 packages are admitted from their published nuspecs (MIT, exact nuspec SHA-256, upstream commit 8eeda4f6f546165b3f72e63c9f42247abb306905), the 12.1.2 coordinates are retired, and SkiaSharp, HarfBuzzSharp and ANGLE are unchanged. eng/policy/dependency-review.json was resealed. The owner input bytes moved to arcnotes-provenance-tools-r6 (supersedes r5, same ArcNotes origin) and the provenance NOTICE was regenerated. The repository check passed locally and every required check passed on this head. Approved. |
