Complete review passed at675a42d8175114bd95c2faa61abba81692b2ecac. Dependency closure retains prior tooling updates; official source comparison confirms standard bundler and MIT grant unchanged. The immutable successor preserves the independent Worker oracle; normal dry-run output and exact closure matched. Full npm check/all63 offline tests passed. Dependabot concurrent refresh was identical and preserved by merge without changing the reviewed tree. Merge requires all applicable final-head CI and previous main deployment success.

Updates Wrangler to 4.135.0 and workers-types to 5.20260918.1 while retaining the merged Biome/Prettier patches. Normal locked npm restore succeeds, and active documentation names the current Wrangler version.
Adds immutable release profile r10 and matching records for the embedded npm lock and Wrangler identity. Official workers-sdk source f9e7727dbef58e71c6b297dc688d3c544cef87cb leaves the standard deployment bundler and MIT grant unchanged; only unused experimental build-output preview handling changes in that directory. Containers/esbuild pins, Worker source and independently reviewed output, Docker images and native dependencies remain unchanged.
Validation: normal npm restore/audit (zero vulnerabilities), complete npm check and all 63 offline tests passed. One Worker dry-run matched the existing expected bytes and complete input/output closure. Final-head retained CI and previous main deployment must pass before merge.
