Summary

Re-pins this repository's Delivery model (P2-018) entry to the repaired execution system. The earlier links pointed to a prompt revision (Plan-B 0cb637d) whose claim procedure had defects fixed in Plan-B#3 and ArcForges-Design-B#3.

• Links move to Design-B f8dff2d and the Plan execution entry to Plan-B ec88207.
• Claims and task branches use the Windows-safe key: claims/<key> and task/<key>, for example con-02. Git for Windows cannot store con.02. Interrupted work continues from the claim's handoff record.
